A short story about us
My name is Rachelle Recinto, and I am the CEO, Licensee, and Administrator of Rachelle’s Home Care Inc.
My journey into this field didn’t start with a title- it started with a passion to care for others. Over the years, I’ve seen how much a safe environment, compassion, and genuine support can change someone’s life. That experience shaped my commitment to building a home where residents are not just cared for, but truly valued.
At Rachelle’s Home Care, I’ve taken on multiple roles—not just as a leader, but as someone deeply involved in the day-to-day care and well-being of our residents. As CEO, I guide the vision of our organization. As the Licensee, I ensure we meet and exceed all state standards. And as the Administrator, I work closely with our staff to maintain quality care and a positive environment every day.
For me, this is more than a business—it’s a responsibility and a purpose. My goal is to create a place where families feel at peace, staff feel supported, and residents feel at home.
